Empty Nesters!

Well, as of Saturday, April 12, 2008, we have officially become empty nesters...well as far as puppies go. The kennel is empty, the playpen is put away and we're waiting for a beautiful day to steam clean the carpet from all the puppy piddles :-(


We successfully sold all 5 puppies and feel so blessed to have some $$$ in the pot to go towards bringing our 3 boys with us to China when it's time for us to go. Thank you to so many who offered their prayers for the sale of the puppies, to those who graciously posted ads for me at their places of employment and for the general overall support.

I'm working on catching up on some sleep and giving Maisy some much needed love and attention.

Forever Families

It is with bittersweet emotion that today we had to say farewell to two of our 'babies' and wish them well with their forever families!

Ginger and Maggie have found the perfect families, and the good news is they will get to be in close contact as they are now owned by mother & daughter.

And with the departure of these 2 sweet little girls brings us that much closer to getting our sweet little daughter ~ and for that I am so grateful.
