It's true. We've been on vacation this past week to one of our favorite destinations for the past 4 years ~ a beach cottage along Saratoga Passage in Puget Sound. No tv or internet available ~ just pure 100% relaxation fun!
Once I get my photos developed (didn't have batteries for our digital-yikes, had to resort to old school) I will post. But here is a common site we get to see, for you to enjoy!

To answer your question on my blog, we have a summer cottage in Northern Lower Michigan. Because our oldest son has a job there, the kids and I spend the majority of our summer there (coming home only for required school events like band or sports camps, and ortho/dentist appointments). Daddy joins us as often as he can during the week, and for every weekend.
